What in the heck is going on in Gen Zers minds? Where are they learning all this hate? This latest shooter seems to have been highly educated and employed even influencing high school kids as a guidance counselor. Voted Teacher of the Year in 2024, an election year for Trump? Hmm, interesting. But how genius and successful was he at 31 and still living home with mommy and daddy? Not so much. Does he even have a girlfriend?

But let’s be real. If this individual got his political news from the left wing sources like CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, NYTimes, LATimes, or internet news, he was flooded with hate for the president and his administration. These news outlets call Trump Hitler, dictator, king, autocrat, tyrant, authoritarian, etc. He may have also been brainwashed in high school and in college.

I worked for the City of Redondo Beach and lived in Torrance for eleven years. I never heard people bad mouthing the president at that time except for spoofs on Saturday Night Live. Nothing like what is said today. Two of my sons were born in Torrance. I’m glad they weren’t born in this GenZ generation.

We don’t know what his beef is exactly with President Trump. It could be any number of things from ending transgenders in sports to the Iran conflict or just believing the lame stream media lies about Trump. When I tuned into the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on tv, I said to myself “why would Trump go to such a place filled with hate for him, and what’s the security like?” It was like going into a lion’s den. Thirty minutes later the shots rang out. I felt numb like it was a repeat of Butler watching it live on tv. I can imagine how the attendees felt–much more serious than the J-6 riot and frightening for them.

But let’s face it, if Obama had anything like this done to him the left would have been screaming from the mountaintops in outrage. But some are probably secretly wishing the shooter was successful. I sure hope not. And those that say the violence is on “both sides”that is a croc. When was there a credible threat against Biden, Obama, or Clinton? Never. The violence is only on the left. From the pictures I’ve seen of Cole Allen, he looks black to me. Why hasn’t the media told us his race? Black guy wants to kill white president. That’s a hate crime.

Why was this psycho able to check into a hotel with all those weapons especially when the president was going to be speaking there? I saw more security at hospitals during covid. Does anyone remember “If you see something, say something” mantra? I am shocked that the hotel doesn’t have better security. Why didn’t housekeeping notice something fishy in his room? Why didn’t anyone see him get off the elevator with a long gun? Has anyone ever watched In The Line of Fire where they check everyone getting off the elevators. Last night was a scene from that very movie with Clint Eastwood playing a secret service agent protecting the president, image above. Or have they watched Broadcast News whereby reporters entered the WHCD singlefile through a metal detector and all purses were checked. Better security 30 years ago?

Why was the checkpoint so wide open that this nutcase could run through without being stopped? Why didn’t they erect portable fencing at that area with a gate where they show their tickets in an orderly fashion before entering? Why didn’t his parents report him to authorities before something like this happened? When are we going to start holding parents responsible for raising such a hate filled assassination culture son? And why does this generation want to solve their differences through assassination? This is a new epidemic and needs to stop. If you really see something, say something to the authorities. Put your cell phone down and do something! Apathy will get us nowhere.

I pray for President Trump and his staff’s safety. This has gone too far but seems to be escalating. The media needs to tone down their hateful lies about Trump and stop aiding the enemy Iran. Hollywood needs to shut up or come out in support of our president. The ones that don’t like De Niro, Fonda, Rosie, Whoopie, Gere, and others, I feel sorry for. They have something missing in their lives to be going against our president.

Let’s pray that this Assassination Culture dies in the Petri dish.
