Harrison Butker Praises the Job of “Homemaker.”

I don’t follow football nor did I know who this young man was but his commencement speech (which is getting panned by the left) could have been thought by me but never spoken out loud. He praised his religion, his wife, and his family as being the most important thing in his life, not his career. I wish more men would show their appreciation for what their wives do for them so they are able to “bring home the bacon” as it was once called.

The left has gone crazy hating on this kicker’s traditional values and want him to lose his job. Traditional values have really taken a hit over the years if this comes to fruition. I’m sure his wife gave up her career to be a stay-at-home mom to raise their children safely and properly. Why shouldn’t she get praised by him and why shouldn’t he encourage more men to follow in his footsteps? I loved his speech. He’s a great role model.

However, he made some digs against Biden which were well deserved and therein lies his mistake. Based on what Instagram has done to me for supporting Trump, Harrison may have a tough road ahead. We are outnumbered in this leftist society or at least it feels like it. When the media is against us, it is hard to voice one’s opinion. The women on The View are idiots that the left looks up to. It is disgusting that their show remains on the air.

Instagram disabled my account this week for an insightful comment I made about the upcoming debate between Trump and Biden. I foreshadowed how it would go down based on past debates, and it got immediately deleted by Instagram. Big Brother is watching us during this election year, and we better not step out of line. There is no recourse on Instagram to reinstate my account. I’ve tried. I lost years of photos, posts, and memorable posts by others. I feel like I lost a friend. My followers who used to like my comments are probably wondering why I’m so quiet now. Little do they know. I can’t even go into my account to see what comment got their panties in a wad. It is shut down.

Interestingly, if someone on the left makes a hateful comment about Trump, it remains. I never made hate comments, vulgar remarks, nor harassed others’ comments. They removed me just for supporting Trump in an election year. This cancel culture is becoming more widespread than people know. They are trying to silence us at all levels of media. But I digress.

Getting back to stay-at-home moms or what they used to call them “Housewives:” I think it is a career and that women or men who stay home to raise their children should be compensated with Social Security Benefits equal to those who went to work outside the home. I get one third of the benefits my husband receives. It is a slap in the face. The government should pay a homemaker benefits based on how many children she/he raised. I don’t think any of this goes into account. They only care about who gave you a paycheck before you became a homemaker. Maybe if we could get our government to respect the homemaker, then more moms or dads would take on the job rather than hire daycare. And the birthrate in the U.S. would go up again.

The bottom line is: We are getting attacked by the left from all angles. We are living in a Democrat Dictatorship. It’s their way or the highway. Why else would Biden be able to refuse that his audio with Special Counsel Hur be released to Congress? He is an authoritarian. The left are attacking religion, motherhood, marriage, and children. Unless you have a four year degree from a college that you can’t afford, you are worthless in their eyes. You are looked down on and mocked. But motherhood is still important based on what I see happening in colleges these days. These demonstrators had poor parenting. No good parent would allow their child to become an antisemite. And those that are should be ashamed.

Let’s get more men to praise the housewife, mother, homemaker, or stay-at-home mom. Glen Campbell once sang a song about “the everyday housewife who gave up the good life for me.” We need more songs like this. Let’s let our government know that homemakers hold an important role in the future of our children and should be compensated in retirement. Without them, we could have chaos like we do now.
