Joe’s Unable to Stand Trial Due to Diminished Capacity.

Was he putting on an act to appear more diminished during his five hour interview so they’d come to this conclusion or has he really declined to a point of not being able to stand trial? In other words: Is he dumb like a fox or really dumb? That is the question.

What ever the answer to this perplexing question is shouldn’t matter as he is either a very, very calculated, devious, underhanded chronic liar or he is fit to be tied. Neither is a good outcome and neither has any business running our country from this day forward.

So what should We the People do in this case? What can we do if he has participated in the largest coverup in presidential history? Has he and his handlers been duping the media for years in order to takeover and dismantle us into a third world country? 

He is defiant and will not step down from the looks of it, and the 25th Amendment may be our only recourse to get this dangerous white trash out of the white house. His handlers are up to something and will not let the rest of the country know what it is. Are they going to throw Newsom or Michelle on us at the last minute, and we have to swallow it? Are they going to allow Kamala to step in one of these days saying Joe has resigned just so she can get her sea legs before the election? Or is congress going to have enough votes to invoke the 25th Amendment and yank him off the stage?

We are living in unprecedented times where Trump is getting indicted or sued for all the things that Biden has done, only worse. The two-tiered justice system has exposed its ugly underbelly and the people are starting to notice, even the press core. Joe molested a personal assistant of his while he was senator, and we heard crickets from the DOJ. Joe, his son Hunter, and brother have been selling influence for millions to our adversaries for years, and we hear crickets from the DOJ. Joe participated in election fraud in 2020 as well as the January 6th staged riot, and we hear crickets from the DOJ. Joe stole classified documents as a senator and VP which is not allowed so he could write a book, and we hear crickets from the DOJ. Joe has allowed millions of illegals to invade our country blaming it on Trump, and we hear crickets from the DOJ. When Joe was once heard on a hot mic saying, “No one fucks with a Biden,” he was telling the truth. His only truth.

So whether Joe remembers the year he was senator and VP or the year his son Beau died is not that remarkable. We’ve noticed him slurring, bumbling, stumbling, lying, shouting, whispering, sniffing, bragging, and forgetting for three years. This is not news to We the People. Maybe to a special counsel that has never watched any news segments of Joe, but not to the rest of us.

Yesterday’s dumpster fire when Joe came to the mic exposed a riff between him and Obama regarding Afghanistan which I feel was a warning to Obama to protect him or he’d tell where all the bodies are buried during the Obama Administration, i.e., he’s got the goods on Obama and Michelle. I’d call that dumb like a fox, not dumb. Also the boxes of files stored in Joe’s garage looked rifled through as though someone was using the classified info contained within on a regular basis (Hunter).

But regardless of all the above, according to the special counsel Joe appeared incapable to stand trial as he would be a sympathetic character that no jury would be able to convict just as Hillary was reckless and no reasonable prosecutor would indict. The Democrats seem to be given a pass for all the laws they break while Trump gets the book thrown at him.
