Nothing ever changes for the good lately. Everything in the news is wacky and no matter how much it is reported, nothing gets changed for the better. What is the point of pointing things out if no one does a thing about it?
So from now on, less writing, less news watching until someone does something about the nonsense going on in our government. It’s a waste of time to report it or write about it when nothing gets done.
We can watch breaking news till the cows come home and the next day, no one is arrested; no one is interrogated. Life goes on as usual. I, for one, am sick of it. Someone in authority needs to do something like maybe the Supreme Court. But until then, I’m fed up with coverups and scandals that go nowhere after they are discovered. Fed up!

I am not the type to cave in easily. After about nine years of blogging and almost 10,000 posts, I am getting very discouraged by all the bad news out there.
I have considered quitting posting several times, but then I go back to it, hoping that some of my input will influence some of the wack jobs out there.
For now, I will continue to keep punching the keys, hoping that things may turn around, but I don’t have much faith in that.

Keep it up. I just don’t do it as often any longer. I post snarky remarks on Instagram. My new thing. Some peeps like them. Some, not so much.
