The Day I Almost Got Arrested.

About six or so years ago with my husband, we hiked down a slope to a secluded spot along the Carson River to sunbathe, drink wine, and me catch some water life for my backyard fishpond. I collect snails, pollywogs, moss, and baby fish, if I can find them for my pond. We set up our lounge chairs in the sandy shore along the river. All was quiet, sunny, and calm with no one around but the squirrels.

But, this day was like no other. While my husband was lying back on his recliner covered in oily suntan lotion, I went in search with a bucket of creek water for little critters wearing my bikini top and shorts. After a while, I spotted a school of baby fish near the edge of the creek (picture above), could have been minnows or trout; but trust me they are hard to catch. I scooped them up with my fishnet, exclaiming, “I caught ’em!” waking up my husband from a nap. I then transferred them to the bucket.

Suddenly, two burly Forest Rangers donned in binoculars, Smokey Bear hats, parabolic listening devices, and guns came out of the bushes and yelled, “Put that bucket down, ma’am!” Not sure if I was more offended by the term ‘ma’am’ or what they were going to do after that.

“What’s in the bucket, ma’am?” one shouted. I instantly felt like I was in an episode of Law and Order Criminal Intent Sierra Nevada. I was half waiting for Olivia and Elliott to emerge as they usually do minutes after a perp is captured.

“Nothing?” I answered like a scolded five-year-old.

“Dump out the bucket, ma’am!” I turned to my husband for help, but he looked as stunned as I was with mouth agape and at a loss for words for once in his life.

“But why? I have little fish in here for my pond at home,” I asked, never one to shilly-shally when I think I’m in the right.

“You’re not allowed to take wildlife from the wild!” he schooled me.

“But I’ve been doing that since I was a kid,” I quibbled.

“You can’t take a lizard, a snake, a pollywog, or a frog from the wild!”

“I never heard of this before,” I responded with my hands up, then dumped the water from my bucket and the baby fish swam away. Those fish would have grown to six inches long in my pond unless a bear or fox found them first. I was so letdown.

“We could give you a citation, but we’ll let you go with a warning this time,” one said with chilly authority. I looked at him incredulously. Then looked over at my husband again who finally thought of something to say.

“Are there any good fishing spots around here?” to which they both ignored him. Always the king of changing the subject, I thought.

I seriously thought I was going to get handcuffed and perp-walked up the hill to their Ranger vehicle.

To this day, I have not stolen any wildlife from the wild and, quite frankly, lost my interest in going to the river. It was a killjoy for me. I think it was overkill, sexist, and ageist. The environmentalists have really taken the fun out of nature. I should have reported them, but who would I call? I’d just get a tree-hugging federal worker with a standard dialog, “That’s our policy, ma’am. They were only doing their jobs.”

Later on, I took up gold panning and sluicing with all the equipment; but, alas, not much gold in the Carson River so I lost interest. I’m quite sure those rangers would find some law against that as well.

How to Get Your Crush to Notice You with One Simple Word.

I know dating has changed since I was young, but I think I found the secret to getting your crush to ask you out, and it’s not going on dating sites. Since I was old enough to date, I found that guys had it easier. They’d come up to you and ask, “What’s your name?” That’s all they had to do but that didn’t make me want to date them. I wanted to date someone I was crushing on; so, I came up with a plan.

I found that if you follow your crush a little bit and get his schedule, you could accidentally on purpose pass him in the hallway each day and say, “Hi.” After a while, he would get the message that you liked him, and he would ask you out on a date. It worked twice in high school and several times in college and many times once I started working. A simple “Hi” was all a guy really needs to know you like him. If he doesn’t get it at first, then repeat until he does. Some guys are clueless. If he’s not interested, then of course, you may not get a date.

Now I also had dates that approached me with the same old, “What’s your name” line, but those relationships didn’t last as there was something missing. I liked being the picker or the chooser. Except for two that got away that I may have wanted to marry. The ones that got away and broke my heart. One was clearly a gigolo; and the other, an aspiring actor who did land a part in a blockbuster movie years later. I watch it all the time. I still think of both of them.

All this internet dating and posting pictures of yourself with videos seems unnatural, although it is how my one fickle son finds dates. I finally found my husband by happenstance and asked him to dance. He immediately got up from his table, danced, asked me out, and we got married nine months later. And I was a shy person.

He may have not been the perfect choice for me; but at the time, I was head over heels. I wanted to marry someone I heard bells with. We are total opposites in most ways, but my first years of marriage were better than I ever would have imaged they’d be. Can’t complain.

Never underestimate the power of the word “Hi.” It opens a lot of doors.

Antigun and Transactivists Storm Kentucky and Tennessee Capitol Buildings.

Is this an insurrection as they attacked the police and broke into capitol buildings?!!!!! Did any of them get arrested and will spend one thousand days in jail without due process? The answer is “No” because they are leftists and are promoting the administration’s antigun and protrans agenda.

Like I’ve always said before, it’s the left that storms buildings, breaks windows, burns cars, places pipe bombs, and assaults innocent people and the police. Not Trump Supporters. But the left IS ABOVE THE LAW.

So while goofy Biden sends 35,000 cops to New York City wishing Trump Supporters would show up, leftists are tearing apart state capitols right under our noses. Trump Supporters are home praying for our nation after what they have done to Trump.

Christians were gunned down by a wacko transgender girl and the left flips the script to a gun issue. Please. Don’t insult our intelligence. We know the truth and all the screaming and lying will not change our minds. The left is trying to normalize freak shows while the right is sitting home praying for the future of our country. We lost the rule of law this week and it stings. We don’t like living in a violent country where there’s no law and order that protects the innocent and honest.

Apparently, law and order is only for transgenders, gays, blacks, and lesbians under the Biden Regime. The rest of us can go pound sand.

DA Bragg is Doing Biden’s Dirty Work.

We already know that George Soros paid Bragg millions to “get Trump” but how much of Biden’s dirty money is Bragg receiving? Follow his money. Biden is trying to eliminate his challengers beginning with Trump. After that, he’ll go for DeSantis. He wants no one challenging him in 2024. He has to cheat to win. If a grand jury “can indict a ham sandwich”, then Trump must be a ham sandwich.

There are a lot of questions regarding this indictment that no pundits in the legal field seem to have an answer for. Here is a list in no particular order:

Why was the public told that this grand jury was on recess for a month, then suddenly an indictment was issued late in the day? Was this a head fake?
Who was on this jury and who got to them? They obviously do not understand the rule of law.
How can Trump be indicted for a crime where the statute of limitations has expired?
How can one misdemeanor crime be turned into a federal felony and issued by a state DA? And how can 30 counts be charged on one crime?
How can Trump get a fair trial in NYC where he is neurotically hated by leftists?
Can Trump get a change of venue to get a jury of his peers? Sussmann got off in NYC because the jury was compiled of Hillary-loving leftists.
Is there a connection to Trump being indicted prior to Easter when Jesus was resurrected after being killed?
Will this indictment make Trump a martyr and prove that he’s been right all along about the witch hunt?
Can we believe that Trump will be indicted next Tuesday or is this another head fake?
Is the Biden Administration doing this to incite a violent riot from Trump Supporters so he can run on that? If so, he may be sorrily disappointed as only Antifa, FBI, and BLM riot violently. And typically, it’s leftists outside of Trump Tower holding “Arrest Trump” signs.
Is the timing of this indictment another deflection or distraction from the bad news facing Biden like the kidnapped Wall Street Journal reporter in Russia, China and Russia getting together, banks failing, freight trains derailing everywhere, Christians being targeted by transactivists, problems in Syria, Drag Queen story hours in the military, TikTok spying on us, Trump’s polls going up, and mounting charges against Biden and his family?
Will Trump really have to be cuffed and given a mugshot? This is overkill as he is not a criminal, nor has he ever been. In fact, prior to him running for president, he was an icon celebrity in NYC.
Since this is just a persecution of a man in search of a crime, shouldn’t these charges be dismissed by the judge?
Can Trump get an unbiased judge or does he have to go before a judge appointed by Obama?
Is anything that is being done to Trump right now lawful and legal? Or is this a banana republic tactic, and I don’t mean the tropical shirt store.
When they unlawfully raided Trump’s home for classified documents will they do something like that again to hurt Trump’s image?
If a former President of the United States can be indicted for a clerical error on his taxes, what can they do to an average person?
If they are claiming Trump used campaign money to pay off Stormy, how can they prove that when Trump campaigned in 2016 with his own money? Remember Trump didn’t want to be beholden to any groups, so he refused large sums of money.
If Bill Clinton paid off Paula Jones, Hillary spent millions in campaign money on a fake dossier, and Biden molested his assistant as a Senator, why aren’t they being arrested? Rhetorical question.
Why is it that congress has been buying off accusatory women for years then sealing the records and are not exposed or arrested?
What kind of world are we living in that something this preposterous could be done to a former successful president?
Now that our country is looking more like a dictatorship, what can we do about it other than vote? They control the election systems too.
How can our FBI and DOJ ignore blatant crimes of the Biden family, but go along with this indictment of Trump? Rhetorical question.
Will Trump have to spend any time in jail, or will he be released on bail by the judge? (Can’t believe I am asking this question.)
If Trump is found guilty by a jury of not his peers, can he appeal to the highest court, the Supreme Court and stay out of jail during that period? Can he sue for his legal fees when this is all over and done with?

If I have to hear one more Democrat say “no one is above the law,” I think I’ll throw up. This is their only talking point. What a bunch of hypocrites! April Fool’s Day is tomorrow. I keep hoping they’ll say, “April Fools, no indictment.” But the only fools are those running our country right now.

Trump Indictment is an Embarrassment to our Country.

Other countries must be making fun of us. How could we do this to a former president who ran our country so successfully despite all the incoming impeachments and lies told about him? This is just another desperate attempt to take him out before the next election. It is shockingly sad. I’m ashamed of our justice system and the grand jury who recommended this. They probably all got promised a paid interview on a news segment and voted accordingly.

Soros bought and paid for this DA Bragg, so we have foreign influence affecting our elections again. Our congress pays off women with taxpayer money and have them sign NDAs all the time. Why not expose all those congressmen who have been accused, falsely or not, of sexual harassment? Why aren’t they arrested? Why isn’t Biden arrested for selling influence to other countries? Why wasn’t Bill Clinton arrested for paying off Paula Jones? This indictment is ridiculous!

The left is giddy over this indictment and do not have the facts. They actually think Trump has broken laws while Biden has not. It is a farce.

How do you argue with these leftist loons? They have no facts. No common sense. No scruples. This is a disgrace to our country and a sad day in history. Are we living in a police state, a banana republic? Sure looks like it. In 2020 they unleashed a corona virus to ruin Trump’s chances, and now they are indicting him for nothing to ruin his chances. They are dirty rotten scoundrels.

Is Joey Really Slipping or is Something More Nefarious Going on?

Is Joey faking his dementia so that when he gets indicted for selling out our country he can claim non compos mentis – not of sound mind, memory, or understanding; in law, not competent to go to

trial? After his insensitive ice cream comments yesterday, one wonders if this guy is mentally all there. But, could this crafty old man just be laying out a “not competent to go to trial” defense for himself in the event he gets indicted? They have him dead to rights for receiving millions from many bank accounts with 150 suspicious activity reports.

After all when he has a planned speech, he can typically get through the whole thing with just a few stutters, slurs, yells, and finger wagging; but yesterday he was totally off the rails talking about his frig like Nancy Pelosi once did. Albeit he does plagiarize. Then he went on to flirting with some young boys in his audience. Sick man if this is not being faked.

The Democrats are up to something as they surely know this guy cannot debate against Trump in 2024, or can he? Maybe he is also faking in order to throw off Trump for when they finally come to the stage again and gets the moderator to back his side of all his lies then change the subject to climate change like was done in 2020.

They are up to something nefarious and only time will tell what it is. In the meantime, watch him like he always asks us to do. Watch whether or not he’s faking his dementia or not. He is getting lost on stage way too many times and may have overplayed his hand. Something is up, and I don’t trust the Democrats as far as we can throw them. They are good at cheating, lying, stealing, and possibly acting.

Transgender Commits Hate Crime at Nashville Christian School, Killing Six.

A woman, clearly looking like a man, shot up a Christian Church/School killing three nine-year-olds and three adults. This mayhem is the direct result of Biden’s polices of normalizing transgenderism. Interestingly, the media called this shooter a female rather than a white male. She clearly looks like a man and usually males are school shooters, so the police knew more than they were telling us yesterday. And since when is it politically correct to call a transgender by her biological sex? Katlin Jenner is called a woman along with that swimmer. I guess when they kill, they resort to their biological sex in the eyes of the authorities. Makes no sense.

Obviously this was a HATE CRIME as this guy went straight to the church and shot 100 rounds. She/he hates religion but notice Biden avoided all this and went straight to gun control and Republicans. When you shoot up a Christian school and church as a transgender this is a hate crime! She/he hated religion which is against her gender dysphoria. PERIOD.

The media, police, and government are ignoring this HATE CRIME and will blame it on guns. This is a direct result of Biden’s policies. Why do we not hear anything about this guy? Where does he work? Does he have a job? Did he attend college? Why are they keeping this information from us? Is he a Democrat? Most likely and why they are keeping this from us. If he was a Trump supporter, they’d have told us already.

Notice mainstream media is ignoring this outrageous shooting of six innocent lives in a Christian school in an upscale neighborhood because it doesn’t fit their narrative that white supremacists are shooters. He/she may be white, but he targeted a religious school making it a hate crime. Why hasn’t one photo of this shooter’s face emerged? She lived with her father where she probably got the guns. It’s not a gun issue. It’s a mental health issue and proves that transgenderism is a mental disease, and no amount of gun laws would have prevented it. Targeting innocent victims for no reason other than hate for religion is a mental disease.

The media is avoiding the fact that she’s a transgender because transgenderism has been Biden’s platform all along. And Biden would have already called this a hate crime if a black school was shot up. But instead, he made jokes about having a frig full of chocolate chip ice cream. He’s literally insane himself and doesn’t care a whip about this religious school. The so-called compassionate president is nothing more than a coldhearted, political hack.

Schools need security guards at every entrance. If we can send our taxpayer money to Ukraine indefinitely, pay blacks $5 million in SF, and waste millions on persecuting Trump, we can certainly boost up our schools’ security with armed guards and bulletproof glass. This needless killing was preventable. How many more school shootings before these schools get smart? Evil lurks, and it looks for soft targets. Pray for the victims’ families.

UPDATE: Apparently this girl was autistic too and should never have been allowed to purchase a gun. Her parents need to be held accountable as she lived in their home. This is the second autistic shooter of a school. They should never be allowed to watch violent video games or purchase guns. Never. Parents need to start being held accountable for their adult children’s violence if they lived at home. She needed help and her parents dropped the ball or contributed to her hate.

Is There a Lawless Gene that Some are Born With?

I notice the radical leftists in every country are the ones burning and destroying property whereby the right wingers protest peacefully. Why is that? Are some people just born to break the law, so they become leftists so they will be in like company? Our country is certainly divided down party lines, but it is becoming increasingly evident which party is protesting by the looks of the crowd.

Right wingers hold their country’s flag and walk peacefully while the leftists dressed in black hoodies are throwing, burning, and assaulting authorities. Is this behavior nurture or nature is the burning question. Certainly, our colleges have inspired students to become agitators but is this all it takes to become a lawless person? We see black punks looting stores in New York City with no punishment. Were they raised or indoctrinated to loot stores or were they born with a lawless gene? Are all of us born with a lawless gene but are nurtured to act honestly?

Certainly, God is not in the lives of these lawless folks as it is a sin to act outside the law. They are probably atheists or have left their church for various reasons. Does this lawless behavior start at the top of our government and trickle down to people who figure if the president can get away with crime, so can we? And the Democrat solution to lawlessness is to throw 5 million dollars at these thugs hoping that will change their lives. It won’t. It will give them more money to buy drugs and lay around without working. Idol hands are a devil’s workshop.

We all have to live among these lawless people daily and risk our lives. Shootings are becoming more prevalent in crowded establishments. Should we stay home and avoid crowds at all costs? Or should we ignore the fact that crime has risen and not change our way of life? I personally avoid crowds inside of a building or an enclosed mall. Democrats’ solution is to confiscate guns. Guns don’t kill, nuts do.

It must be hard to raise kids these days with the gender confusion, white guilt, and lawlessness among leftists. We just hope that our grandkids do not get taken in by the siren call of these law breakers. We used to send our kids to school to learn as well as follow the schools’ rules. But now anything goes, and the rules have gone out the window. Kids talk back, act unruly, and even strike their teacher to no avail. Spare the rod, spoil the child. This loosey goosey school rules started under the Obama Regime when he introduced the Promise Program. He promised every student would graduate and not be arrested. What a mistake that was. It led to the Parkland shooting.

Our teachers back in the day would send you to the corner for losing your homework or asking to use the restroom. Those days are gone. My son was suspended back in the day for finding an abandoned fanny pack that contained lunch money. The school called the police. What a difference a generation makes. Now the same age group can loot a jewelry store for thousands of dollars and no police will be called. The world is upside down, and I blame radical leftists for the dumbing down of our society.

TikTok is indoctrinating our youth, and Biden doesn’t have an opinion on them. Must be vying for the youth vote. Biden is also vying for the transgender vote. He wants young kids to be thinking about whether or not they like their gender and if they should change it. Parents must be involved by finally getting the sex of the child they wished for. All sick stuff by the radical left.

How will our country turn out, I often wonder? When will we get back to normal and talk about normal issues that affect our country and We the People? First, we have to vote every Democrat out of office even down to the city council and local school board level. They are all nuts. Whoever we vote for president, make sure it is a Republican. We can’t afford another four years of this radical leftist nonsense put upon us. Are these nuts born with a lawless gene or were they nurtured into lawlessness? That is the burning question.

How to Spend Under $100 in the Grocery Store.

For one of the first times in my life I went to the grocery store and tried to check the price of every item before I put it in the cart. Why? Because I had recently purchased a small number of groceries to finish off a chicken dinner I was planning, and it came to $198 much to my chagrin! I was shocked then checked the receipt when I got home thinking some items must have been mismarked. To my amazement two cupcakes were nine dollars and a small container of cubed cheese was nine dollars. I realized then that the stores are ripping me off big time. So, my goal yesterday was to purchase every item not to exceed five dollars.

I planned to spend less than $100 for some basics to last me a week. I noticed off the bat that produce is not always marked. Blueberries were seven dollars! So I bought the smallest container. I then went to throw some walnuts in the cart and found them to be eleven dollars. I ended up with a small container of peanuts for under five. Toilet paper was the worst. The cheapest package was $7.99. I bought store brand cereal, Folgers coffee, and store brand peanut butter. Not my usual brands, but something has to give. I even bought bologna versus ham and six eggs versus a dozen and a few produce items which were unmarked together with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and milk.

Found crackers under three dollars and skipped the chips. A couple of ice teas and one bottle of wine and it all came to $109. So I went nine dollars over my goal. But it definitely helped my overall bill which normally ranges from $150 to $180 when I don’t check prices.

Will I live with this new way of shopping? I think I have to now that my mortgage has gone up, going out to eat has too, and our retirement savings has gone down. Luckily, I bought a hybrid Toyota prior to Biden taking office so I can go two to three weeks on one fill up. The goal is to not outlive our money, right? I don’t want to have to be the oldest checker in Walgreens someday. Under Biden, none of us are safe as he’s coming for our cars, our guns, our money, our sports, and our grandchildren. Something has to give. Tired of being ripped off under the feigned guise of covid and high gas prices. And in California they still have the nerve to charge you for a grocery bag after two nine-dollar cupcakes? And to top to it off, shoppers and some clerks are still wearing cloth masks. What a joke.

I finally had to say to one clerk, “Still wearing the mask, hey?” She responded, “Yes, we try to be safe here.” I responded, “Safe from what? It’s all over now” to her blank expression which I couldn’t see under her mask. I’m sure most people have already found the best ways to survive in this economy, but just wanted to share my experience in the rip off grocery stores. They are all overpriced! Check the prices before putting an item in your cart! Next, they’ll be charging $5 to use their carts.
